Here's a little-used function on the Knowledge Bank.

Did you know that you can record offline training events? For example group face-to-face training sessions? Here's how.

We've created a model Social Media Policy.  The policy outlines guidelines and expectations for the use of social media platforms by individuals and employees associated with an organisation. 

The primary aim of the policy is to ensure responsible, respectful and effective use of social media while protecting the organisation's reputation and interests.

If you are a group of organisations such as a multi academy trust and a member of the central team,  it can be useful to view all of the organisations/schools and the main organisation/trust details all at once in several of the Knowledge Bank pages to give an overview.  When your organisation are added into the Knowledge Bank, we will have tagged them all appropriately.

To assign courses to your staff, we should use the to-do functionality via the Course Assignment and Progress Report.

When we assign a to-do via this report, and the user completes the course, the to-do will be automatically marked as complete in the to-do list.

As we've added the "Assigned Documents" capability to the Data Protection Knowledge Bank, the menu title has changed to "My Activities".

We have updated how enrolment works.

As a school manager, you no longer have to enrol your staff on courses.
All registered users within your school will automatically have access to all courses.

All you need to do, is upload staff to the Data Protection Knowledge Bank and instruct them to login and that the course is available.

We've released version 1 of the Compliance Manager tool.

The Compliance Manager allows you to assign any document to staff and enable the following interactions

or

I have given consent

Any standard document type can be uploaded and interactions selected. Then select the users to assign the document too and a date by which the users should have responded.
